The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

I believe there are better books to work with, like Themen. I found the Netzwerk a bit confusing and not well organised as far as grammar phenomena concerned. The fact that in the GLS web site was still written that the school uses Themen and we started with Netwerk, was a disappointing point.

Regarding teachers, is normal, some are good and some less good. You can always discuss the possibility of moving to another class in case there is an issue.

The school is located in a very lively area. You have everything around, and that is important as well.

Your recommendations for other students

Everyone except the completely beginners take an evaluation test. The first very important thing is to be in the right level. In case you feel the evaluation was not correct speak with your teachers in order to check the possibility of changing class & level.

I also recommend to find your own accommodation. The one offered from GLS is way too expensive for no reason.

Try to practice German with every single opportunity and put English on the side. It took me a while to start doing that and I believe I lost a bit of time in oral practicing.
